What is the Validity of Product/Services in NGM Tube ? 

The validity of any NGM Tube Paid Membership plan is 1 Year from the date of joining. After that the Product/services will expire.

How many package user can purchase on 1 PAN and 1 Aadharcard card ?

2 packages can be purchased on 1 pan card and 1 Aadharcard card w.e.f. 1 January 2017. (Keep visiting this space regularly for any changes).

How user can take package if he/she don’t have PAN card and Aadharcard ?

Once he/she have PAN card and Aadharcard ready then update PAN/Aadharcard in “My Profile” & upload KYC against PAN card/Aadharcard. User must have to submit PAN Card/Aadharcard as KYC within 30 days otherwise all HBW payouts & promotional payouts will be washed out. 
Note: 20%  deduction will be apply if PAN card/Aadharcard is not available.

Can I keep same mobile number / email address for packages bought by my blood relatives?

Yes, User can keep same mobile number / email id for packages purchased only for blood relation users.

In how much days my KYC will get approved?

5-8 days after uploading KYC related document. Document must be visible clearly & format will be .jpeg file & size will be less than 2 MB. In case KYC will be rejected then user will get message on registered mobile number & email with specific reason. Also it will take again 2-3 days to approve your KYC after re-loading.

How can I get work if I don’t have PAN card at the time of registration?
  • You can work without KYC activation, But user can not withdraw his/her earning.
  • PAN Card / Adharcard. Once user uploads all KYC, the payment will be processed after successful approval.

When can I get my Home based work ?

User can get Home based work from same day after registration. After activating package & Campaign. User will get this work Monday to Saturday except National Holidays. User can get National Holidays list from NGM Tube portal from ‘Holiday’ section.

Can I request my missed Home based work ? If yes then how?

No... Never, User can't request for missed Home based work.

How can I do Renewal of Product/Services?

After the expiry of Product/Services one can renew the same by purchasing the available packages at that time.  After the renewal, the network position will remain the same. 

  • Renew your package/s before 15 day of expire date.

How can I Extend Membership my package?

Extend Membership of Package can be done after activation. User just has to pay difference amount & on the same day onwards he/she will get difference links.

How much time is required for activation of my package ?

Activation process depends upon the banking, so it will usually take 2-3 working days to activate any package. Proper details to be filled by the user in their ‘Payumoney’ section.

Is there any age limit for purchase of package?

Yes, user must be 18 years old to purchase  packages. Maximum Age is 65.

Is it mandatory that user's own must have FB id/FB page/Video/Blog/Website/Twitter account ?

Yes, User must have FB id/FB page/Video/Blog/Website/Twitter (individual or corporate) or Blog for promotion and advertisement. He/she has to promote it under 'Advertise On NGM Tube’ section.

What are the Daily Task Click rates?

 Daily Task Rates currently is upto - 1 Rs per click. Daily Task rates vary from time to time and depends on market competition & availability of work. Daily Task Rates can change with/without prior information on website because it depends on market competition.

What is Referral income ?
  • As user selected plan Referal income can be generate extra income.
  • User can Unlimited refer.

Referral Rules
  •  If you are not able to 1 active id refer within 10 days from your activation id date, your withdrawal  amount will be hold till minimum 1 refer as active id.

What are the Administration Charges? 
  • NGM Gold-10         : Administration Charge 450 Rs.
  • NGM Diamond-20   : Administration Charge 500 Rs.
  • NGM Platinum-80   : Administration Charge 1000 Rs.
  • NGM Titanium-200 : Administration Charge 2000 Rs.

How can I refund or cancel my package/product?

 If you are not satisfied with the product/services you can  raise a request in ‘Support’ section in 10 days from the date of activation. Refund amount will be transferred to your payumoney account in 15 working days after the request. After cancellation, Refund amount will be 50% of Package Amount. (* Task Payment [Your Earning] Not Payble )

What are the KYC documents that I have to submit?
  • One can mail on kyc@northgujaratmarket.com to submit any of the below mentioned documents from your registred email id with your profile details:


1) For Photo ID – PAN CARD, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE, UID/AADHAR CARD, VOTER CARD
2) For ADDRESS – PASSPORT, RATION CARD, DRIVING LICENSE, UID/AADHAR CARD, VOTER CARD, BANK PASSBOOK, ELECTRICITY/GAS BILL

Tax Deduction

We will deduct Services Tax on Each plan as government rules (After 31 march 2017).
